Industrial/Process Engineering
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Interact with sales, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers
Verify battery sizing and battery application
Provide technical presentations to internal sales, agent network, and customers
Support marketing regarding technical documentation
Assist in disposition of nonconforming product
Understanding of industry standards
Participate in contract reviews
Diffuse customer complaints
Educate sales, customer service, and customers of new or changed products.
Ensure high quality of work
*Maintains regular attendance.
Performs other duties as requested by Management.
Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.
