Sales & Marketing Internship
Environaire Corporation is looking for students who are looking for a hands-on experience in running a small business, and the experiences and challenges that come with it. We are a regional distributor for Rexair, which manufactures the Rainbow Cleaning System, and we have been based in Reading since 1982. This opportunity will allow you to work closely with our team and learn the processes and programs that keep us at the forefront of our market.
Our program is a 12 week internship, with flexibility on hours.
Responsibilities:
- Creating email campaigns
- Developing a social media advertising program
- Expanding customer base through a variety of programs
- Implementing customer loyalty campaigns
- Maintaining sales funnels
- Managing CRM software
Some skills we will teach and develop:
· Communication – Effective communication with current/potential clients and co workers
· Customer Service – Keeping your customers first to develop a long term relationship
· Management – Managing co workers and employees effectively
· Marketing – Learning and developing multiple avenues to building a brand and customer base
· Sales – Sales skills that will apply to your daily life and future career opportunities
We are looking for students who are:
- Regionally based(PA/DE/MD/NJ)
- Have their own vehicle
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient in technology
- Organized
- Proactive and self sufficient
- Able to communicate with team members
Education:
· Studying for a Bachelor’s/Master’s in business administration, communication, or economics preferred
Stipend: Environaire will give you a $200 monthly stipend with opportunities for additional income.
